Tried to phone him and said he was to busy to answer calls. So i texted him to request a boiler service and an estimate for repairs. Agreed to meet at 16:00 (had to leave work early) and did not show up. Texted him at 17:15 same day and said that he could not come. I told him I was in my house all evening and he said he only worked until 18:00. Never heard back from him even though I sent him another text.
