  Excellent local butcher who also supplies gluten free sausages. When they ran out of mince recently, they thoroughly cleaned the machine to avoid gluten contamination as it had been used to make burgers. They usually have frozen sausages in stock but can also make fresh gluten free sausages and burgers when ordered in advance. They do not have breaded meats on display with other meat or meat in sauces which could cause cross-contamination unlike other butchers in nearby towns. As a mum with a daughter with coeliac disease I can't recommend them highly enough.
